Summertime Nopalea Wellness

July 29, 2012

Nopalea is an anti-inflammatory wellness drink made from the fruit of the Nopal cactus. The Nopal cactus has been used for it’s healing  properties by native peoples for centuries. Now those healing properties are available in Nopalea.

If you drink it everyday it can help your body reduce inflammation and toxins.  This can help with inflammation anywhere in the body, the joints, muscles, the digestive tract or anywhere else.

Inflammation is a leading cause of pain so getting rid of some of it would be good for the body. And getting rid of toxins that can damage the body is a really good thing too. Getting rid of toxins before they do any damage would be even better.

The benefit comes from a rare antioxidant in the Nopal fruit called Betalains that have been scientifically proven to help the body reduce inflammation.

There have been over three million bottles sold so far. This wellness drink comes from a 12 year old company with a mission to help people achieve greater wellness and create wealth. The company wants to help people pursue health in all its forms: physical, emotional, and spiritual.

It comes in 32 oz bottles and you can try it for free! You will only have to pay $9.95 for shipping costs. If you would like to try it just call 1-800-203-7063.

A number of people find that homeopathic medicines are safer. Nopalea certainly fits into that category of a safe and very healthy wellness drink.

Sounds safe, and probably healthy (certainly compared to the sugar-in-a-bottle stuff out there). And even though the main website seems like a full-on marketing assault, I kinda want to try it. (although I don’t feel like paying $10 for a “free” bottle)

But don’t confuse consuming natural foods for health, which has lots of science behind it, with “homeopathy”, which has little science behind it and doesn’t actually do much of anything.
