Footminders sent me some Orthotic Insoles to review. I wanted my husband to try them as he often has problems with his feet hurting. Since he left them laying on the table for two days I decided to try them myself.
That worked just fine as we wear the same size shoes. Yes I do have big feet! Extra wide and with bunions.
I didn’t know if the Footminders Orthotics would be a lot of benefit to me as I haven’t found anything yet that really helps with bunions except to have shoes that actually fit. Even slightly tight shoes can hurt really bad.
However their website says these were designed by podiatrists to help relieve heel pain, foot pain, knee pain, and back pain.
I had not really thought about my feet maybe being the cause of my lower back and knees hurting. But apparently they were contributing to it if not causing it because a few days after putting the insoles in my shoes my back was not hurting anymore and the knees were not as bad.
The package says it might take a while to get used to them. They did feel funny for the first couple of days but after that I forgot they were there.
The insoles can be trimmed to fit your shoes and you can wipe them with a soapy rag but not soak them.
They should last for about a year before you need to replace them. Now that I know what my problem was all my shoes (at least the ones I wear a lot) are going to get some Footminders Orthotic insoles put in them.
If you are having problems with your feet or your back you should try these.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
