Anyone who has low back pain will want to read this Instructional Training Guide for The Low Back Pain Program.
This eBook has a lot of information in it.
It covers the causes of low back pain, which can be just about anything at all, but sometimes takes a while to develop.
It has information on all the muscles and tendons in the back, and other areas of the body that affect the back. There are even diagrams showing what muscles affect particular areas.
The program has information about why it can take so long to heal back pain, and why exactly this program can make a difference.
There are lots of exercises for stretching and strengthening the muscles of the back. Each has pictures, as well as written instructions for how to do them. They start off with easy ones and work up to the more difficult ones.
The exercises are founded on the methods of exercise therapy, physiotherapy, and lower back pain and injury rehabilitation.
I’m not sure I understood everything in this book (yet), but it sounds like even if the muscles don’t directly have anything to do with the pain, they can either help make it better, or worse.
If you have taken care of your back and your muscles are in good condition you are likely to have less pain from an injury than someone who is NOT in good condition. Stretching and strengthening the muscles that support the back can also help with pain.
But it takes a while to improve the condition of your muscles. Especially if you have not exercised them much before. That’s why this program is not an instant fix. You will have to actually do the exercises and stretches.
It may take months to see improvement, but it should be permanent improvement (unless you stop the maintenance).
If you have tried everything else to get rid of low back pain, or if you want to make sure you don’t get it again, this program is a great place to turn.
