From the back cover : “Book 1 of the Texas Dreams series, Paper Roses will sweep you away with a tale of love, loss, and tantalizing possibilities.”

They got that right! I was swept away. And enjoyed every moment of it. This is a really good book! It kept me interested all the way through and I didn’t want to quit reading. There are lots of interesting characters in this book with stories that keep things interesting. I really like how the author included the history of the immigrants. She makes them seem real and likable. People you would be proud to have in your family tree.
