Linkworth For Bloggers

Linkworth is a marketing company that has several different programs that bloggers can use to monetize their blogs. It is also the only one that I have actually gotten paid by(actually sending me the money). So far anyway.

The company requires that you have your own domain name and not be hosted on a free platform such as Blogger or

You can sell space for banner ads of all sizes including the header banners that many bloggers place just under the header on their blogs and the popular 125 x 125 buttons that you see just about everywhere.

They have several different ways of selling text links. One of them is the LinkMura where several different links rotate. Another is to sell specific keywords that are in your content.

They also have the PPC ads that are connected to words in your content. When a reader mouses over the words a pop up ad appears and you make money every time a reader clicks on the ad.

You can sell full page ads called bulletin boards but I haven’t actually seen one of those yet.

You can also get some sponsored posts to do if you want.

What I like about Linkworth is that you have several different options all in one place and all of them could help you make some money with your blog. You can choose which ones you want to do. If you change your mind later you can just change your preferences in your set up.

And once you get it set up you don’t really have to do anything else if you don’t want to. You can set it up with their plug in so everything is done automatically.

If you do that be sure you go through and choose what kinds of ads you don’t want-I blocked all ads that had anything to do with gambling, dating sites, and adult sites.

Their support people are really great too. They answer you fast and are very helpful.

What I don’t much like about Linkworth is that their site takes some getting used to. It isn’t easy to figure out where everything is and how it works.

It is worth the trouble though. I have made some money each month since I signed up with them. And if you use paypal the payout is only $25 so you get paid quicker. If you prefer checks or direct deposit you can do those as well but the payout level is higher.

I would appreciate it if you use my link if you sign up. If you need any help with the program contact me and I will do my best to help.

  1. I tried signing up but it wont take my URL for my blog. It says it’s not allowed. Probally because it’s hosted by blogger. Just thought I’d point that out. Unless I’m doing it wrong.

    1. Gahhh I forgot about that. And I just rechecked…you have to have your own domain name and you can’t be hosted on a free platform.

If you are on a free site you don’t actually own your content…the company can shut down your blog any time they want to.

That doesn’t happen often but I guess it does often enough that many companies don’t want to make deals with blogs on free hosts.

I need to edit my post and put that in there. Thank you very much for letting me know!
