The Inspired Life by Susyn Reeve with Joan Breiner Review

The Inspired Life by Susyn Reeve with Joan Breiner

The Inspired Life by Susyn Reeve with Joan Breiner The Inspired Life: Unleashing Your Mind’s Capacity for Joy is is a good book. It wasn’t as easy to read as I expected. That may be because some of things in the book speak to what is going on in my life.

The second part where it talks about the power of thoughts and how they affect your life especially. I have been letting my thinking go off into negative directions lately.  According to the authors that only leads to depression and other problems. I believe it.

In part three they talk about things that sabatage an inspired life and ways to deal with those things.

There are different excercises to do throughout the book that help you with each subject.

I expecially liked the chapter on Forgiveness: Freeing Your Heart. The say that forgiving is NOT condoneing. It does help free you from thoughts that cause you misery.

If you would like to be more joyful and inspired in your life…reading this book could be helpful.
