It has chapters for every meal and in between meal snacks. It also has a chapter for party foods and one for kids meals.

There are also chapters for Brunch and midnight snacks.

Each chapter has some recipes for making food items cheaper.

The breakfast chapter has a recipe for making your own Mocha. It also contains a recipe for making great scrambled eggs.

Each chapter also contains tips for doing things frugally. In the breakfast chapter one of the tips is to use a tortilla warmer to keep food hot.

There are also ideas throughout the book of how to use leftovers. One tip is to save leftover salads and use them the next day in a pita or tortilla.

If you are looking for ways to cook more frugal meals this book is a great resource.
