I am loving this Ozeri Green Earth Pan. This is the 10″ one with the Textured Ceramic lining that is nonstick.
One of the reasons it is so good is that if you cook something in it and then turn it over it has a nice pattern on it.

The nonstick coating it uses comes from Germany and is called GREBLON. It works too. As long as you don’t allow oil or grease to build up on it nothing sticks to it.
If you do get build up you need to clean it with vinegar and baking soda but if you wash it with soapy water after each use it shouldn’t have any problems. You should NOT put this pan in the dishwasher as that will abrade the nonstick surface.
Another good thing about this pan is that it can be used in the oven(up to 350 degrees). So if you are cooking meats that need searing and then baking you only have to use this pan instead of messing up two separate pans.
This pan also heats evenly and stays hot longer than regular pans so you can turn the heat off earlier.
The pan comes with a felt liner that protects the inside if you are stacking it with other pans.
