I always thought pizza wasn’t really that bad, but turns out it is really bad. Even when you put lots of veggies on it.

Then of course there are chips, and sweets, and all those boxed dinners, and microwavable dinners that are soooo easy to fix “sigh”. I’m almost sorry I read this book, because now I know that quite a few items in my kitchen are not at all good for us.

Then again if you don’t know you can’t do anything about it, and we really need to eat healthier, so I guess it is a good thing that I did read this book.

You should probably (unless you are already a health food nut, and even then you might learn something) read it too.
