You can cook them in the microwave or the oven. I baked mine in a toaster oven. I have not tried them in the microwave.
The ones I made came out really soft and a bit chewy the first time. My husband said the second ones were a bit too hard (he has had teeth pulled and can’t eat hard stuff yet).
I thought both batches were pretty near perfect. We actually ate every one I made in one sitting, which we probably should not have done, since I made quite a few.
The bag comes with some salt in it to put on the top of the pretzels. I liked that.
These pretzel sticks and rolls have 100 calories per serving. Only 10 of those are from fat. That isn’t too bad. Definitely better to have these with your soup than a bunch of potato chips.
