Salt And Pepper In The Same Grinder

Salt and Pepper Grinder from Ozeri.I had never seen a combination salt and pepper grinder before. I never went looking for one either, mainly because I never thought about it.

I think it is a great idea! You can have them both right there in the same container.

That means less clutter on the table (or countertop) too. Which is a really great thing for us, because we tend to put things on the table. It seems to be our catch all spot for this, that, and the other. Anything that makes the clutter a bit less is a Good Thing in my book.

This Salt and Pepper Grinder from Ozeri is really nice. It is a nice sturdy grinder, and it looks good.

The Ozeri Salt And Pepper Grinder on my table. The only problem I have had with it was accidentally getting a few peppercorns on the salt side when I was filling it up. If you don’t have it turned correctly, and KEEP it turned correctly when filling it, then you will end up with it going on the wrong side.

A little won’t matter much, but some people might not like getting pepper on their food, when they only wanted salt, so be careful.

To use it you turn it one way for salt and the other way for pepper. You can adjust the grind from fine to coarse.

I don’t know if you are supposed to leave the bottom off when grinding or not, but I have left it off because the salt and pepper were getting caught in it.  The bottom is only needed as a funnel when filling it up (as far as I can tell).

I like the grinder so far. Especially how nice it looks on my table.

I received a free Salt and Pepper Grinder to review.

  1. Great review, never thought about a grinder with both salt and pepper before either. I think it would be nice, especially love the design :)

  2. Sounded like a good idea. However, you can’t pick it up by the black handle on top – it falls apart. you can’t fill it without the funnel on the bottom AND the little plastic dealy-bob included with the grinder. You have to take the bottom cover off each time you use it (or just let it leak all over the table/counter). we are returning this today. it’s inexpensive, grinds ok, but is too frustrating in design.
