I can’t say for a fact that this works. I can only say that my husband hasn’t complained about me snoring for the past few days.
He has (in the past) told me that I sometimes snored pretty loud, but that I don’t always snore. I think it must be a matter of how I am sleeping (on my side or back), and whether I’m having any breathing problems. It seems to happen more during allergy season.
This jaw strap might not work for everyone. If you have some medical problem that causes you to snore this might not help.
If you are snoring because your lower jaw drops down out of place when you are asleep, then the strap should fix it.
It does take some getting used to. And you might have to adjust the straps a few times to get them to where they won’t come off at night.
The strap is soft and doesn’t feel bad at all, but getting used to the pressure holding your jaw in place can take a while.
The strap has adjustable velcro strips so the it should fit most people, and it seems to be pretty sturdy.
You can throw it in the washing machine to clean it.
