During the first half of June, from the 1st to the 15th, visit each of the blogs listed below (bottom of the post), and enter to win some fabulous prizes for dad.

Each of the participating bloggers is hosting a giveaway worth at least $25.

I’m giving away two prize packages. One prize package is a $100 Gift Card to YourNovel.com.

YourNovel.com Logo.

You could buy dad a book that features him as the main character.  If dad is a golfer you could make him the main character in Sandhills Fore Play, a book that takes place at a golf course.

Sandhills Fore Play cover.I did a review of one of their books (Danger In Dublin) back in 2013 and then did another review (A Ren Faire To Remember) in 2014.  These are neat books that put you (or Dad),  in the story as the main character. You just fill out a questionnaire with such details as your name, eye color, type of vehicle, and favorite song, and they add all those details into the book. These books make great gifts.

This gift card can be used for electronic or print books, the winner just has to make sure that the total cost, including shipping, is under $100. That being so, this prize is open to anyone anywhere (if it is legal where you live).

The other package contains a Grab N’ Go and two Golf Books by Fred Fields. This package is only open to entrants in the US.

Smoke Grab N' GoFor information about the Grab N’ Go (RV$24.95) please read my review.

The golf books are both by Fred Fields. One of them is How Short Hitting, Bad Golfers Break 90 All the Time , and you can read my review here.

How Short Hitting Bad Golfers Break 90 All The Time by Fred FieldsThe other is How I Cut 50 Strokes Off My Golf Scores.

Cover of How I Cut 50 Strokes Off My Golf Scores. Both would make wonderful gifts for a dad who likes golf.

Just enter on the Rafflecopter from below.  If the first winner chosen is in the US then they get to pick which prize they want, if the first winner is outside the US then they will get the Gift Card.

A Better Place For His Stuff

Grab N' Go Organizer. The Grab N’ Go is a much better place for the man in your life to put his stuff.

It has spaces for keys, phones, watches, wallets, and whatever else he stuck in his pockets during the day.

My husband used to come in and put part of his stuff on the table, and part on his nightstand, and part of it on his desk.

Now that he has his very own organizer he is putting most of his stuff on it.

He put the organizer on his computer desk and now he keeps his phone charger and clip on it. He has also been leaving his phone, calculator, and an occasional pair of pliers or screwdrivers.

He has the smoke version.

Smoke Grab N' GoI like it better than the white one.

It seems like a really sturdy little organizer that should last a few years.

You can buy one for your husband on the Finder Enterprises, LLC website. It would make a great Fathers Day Gift.

Please check them out and follow them on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube.

I received a free product to review.

Savings on Father’s Day Gifts

In America, Mother’s Day is always in May and that is the biggest holiday of the year for florists. Sending flowers is almost always a great choice for a Mother’s Day gift. Everybody has a mom; some even have more than one! So ordering flowers is a sure bet and an easy way to let your mother know she is loved.

But June has Father’s Day in store and sending your dad flowers is not usually the best received gift. For a good Father’s Day gift, we need to get a little more creative and practical at the same time. Don’t resort to buying your dad another tie. Go to the internet to find a good gift for Father’s Day!

With a little advance planning and smart shopping, buying a Father’s Day gift online is easy to do and there is an easy way to save money on the purchase by using coupon codes and looking for site that offer free shipping.

If your dad is a car fanatic, think about getting him something to bling his ride. It can be something ornamental, like a new hood ornament; something extravagant, like an upgraded stereo or speakers; or something practical, like new seat covers or replacement floor mats.

When looking for something for your dad’s car, try the Auto Anything web site. When first visiting the site, a dialogue box pops up that asks for the make, model and year of the vehicle being shopped for. That makes it so easy to filter out the items that don’t work with your dad’s car and show you only the things that do work on that particular car. That saves a lot of time and you can save money by using an AutoAnything promo code.

If a gift for dad’s car is not what you want, consider getting a nice knife for him on father’s Day. Owning a knife and knowing how to sharpen a knife are manly essentials. There are many different kinds of knives for a variety of purposes, such as:

·  Pocket Knives

·  Hunting and Camping Knives

·  Martial Arts Knives and Swords

·  Tactical-Military and Survival Knives

·  Fishing Knives

·  Kitchen and Carving Knives

·  Self Defense Knives

·  Collectible Knives

Knives are essential items for outdoor activities as well as in home use, and most men appreciate the gift of a good knife. In all fairness, some mom’s like knives as mother’s Day gifts, too. The Smoky Mountain Knife Works is my go-to web site for anything that has to do with knives. SMKW carries all the major brands, including:

·  Buck Knives

·  Case Knives

·  Browning

·  Cold Steel

·  Colt

·  J. A. Henkels

·  Leatherman

·  Remington

·  Schatt & Morgan Cutlery

·  Victorinox

·  And over 200 other specialty brands of knives and gear.

If your dad is an outdoorsman, a gift of a knife or accessory might be the perfect Father’s Day gift for him. Ordering online is easy, and there are SMKW coupon codes that can help save a little cash when you shop. If you aren’t going to be able to visit your dad in person on Father’s Day, ordering his gift online will mean it gets delivered to his door, without any extra handling or expensive postage from you, so it’s a win-win!

Uncommon Goods Man Cave Gift Set Review

Uncommon Goods Man Cave Gift Set Review

I received a Man Cave Gift Set that included a Man Can,

Uncommon Goods Man Can

a cast iron bottle opener, Cast iron bottle opener from Uncommon Goods.

and an On The Rocks Tumbler set. On The Rocks set from Uncommon Goods.

My husband loved these! They made a wonderful Fathers Day Gift. Click here for information on these and other unique items.

He particularly liked the bottle opener. I’m not sure he will ever use it but he loved the look of it and the fact that it was heavy and made of iron.

He said the Man Can didn’t really smell like fresh cut grass to him.  It did to me though. I guess that is just a matter of taste.

The tumbler set went over well too. The rocks look neat and the idea of using real rocks in his drink tickled him.  They do have to be washed after every use though…and of course he isn’t the one that has to do that part!

Uncommon Goods also makes a lot of other unique gifts.  My hubby is also a baseball fan and he would love some of the baseball themed gifts they have on this page: http://www.uncommongoods.com/sets/baseball-gifts.

They also have some unique card holders for the business man who wants to make an impression! Visit UncommonGoods to check them out!

So if you are looking for a unique gift for the special man in your life…this would be a great place to start.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
