Bella Viva Mixed Dried Fruit Review

Bella Viva Mixed Dried Fruit Review

Bella Viva Mixed Dried FruitI saw a picture of the Bella Viva Mixed Dried Fruit and thought it looked really good.  So I applied to do the review and was accepted.

The bag of fruit arrived in just a couple of days and it looked even better than in the pictures.

I only managed to eat one peiece before my mother saw it…she loves, and I mean LOVES dried fruit. She almost always has some on hand and I have seen her snacking on it all my life.

She said it looked really good and wanted to try it. I had to tell her that it was for a review so she couldn’t have it…yet. I tried one piece each of the peaches, plums, pears, and apples and then let her have the rest.

They were all really good. Not too hard to chew and had a slightly sweet taste to them. If all dried fruit was like this I would  have no problem eating it on a regular basis.

My mother really liked it too. Most of the bag is gone already. She did tell me not to eat much of it at once though…she said if you are not used to eating dried fruit it can do really bad things to your digestion. So it isn’t something to pig out on.

If you would like to try it yourself they are offering a discount for 15% off untill July 20th. Just use code “blogdiscount2x720″(without the quotation marks) on checkout.

You can check out  Bella Viva on Facebook and “like” them too.

Brothers All-Natural Fruit Crisps Review

Brothers All-Natural Fruit Crisps Review

brothers all natural strawberry and banana crisps.I recieved a package that included a variety of different Brothers All-Natural Fruit Crisps.  Included in the package were Fuji Apple, Asian Pear, Strawberry-Banana, Pineapple, Banana, and Peach. It also included some Disney products such as Donald Duck Pears and Mickey Fuji Apple.

All of them were good. I didn’t care so much for the pears but I have never liked pears much.

I loved the Strawberry-Banana ones. My husband didn’t care for the Banana…which is weird because he loves fresh Bananas. I think it must be the texture that he didn’t care for as the taste is pretty much the same so far as I could tell.

These are certainly a lot better for you than potato chips. Most of them only 35 calories per serving. Which is a lot less calories than in one serving of potato chips.  And they have NO fat! Which is really great.

I like that these come in one serving bags too. So you know exactly how much you are getting. And if you want to eat more than one serving you have to actually make an effort to open another bag!

Lots of snacks these days are sneaky…they put several servings in a bag and if you are not careful you will eat way more than you think you are.

These fruit crisps seem to be very healty snacks. They are certainly better than a lot of fatting snacks you can find these days. And if you can’t have fresh fruit all the time then these will help make up for that too.

The packages only contain dried fruit. Freeze dried fruit. The packages say on the front 100% fruit! There is no sugar or preservatives and they are also gluten free, dairy free, and kosher.
