Learn How To Get Rid Of Low Back Pain

Low Back Pain Program eBookAnyone who has low back pain will want to read this Instructional Training Guide for The Low Back Pain Program.

This eBook has a lot of information in it.

It covers the causes of low back pain, which can be just about anything at all, but sometimes takes a while to develop.

It has information on all the muscles and tendons in the back, and other areas of the body that affect the back. There are even diagrams showing what muscles affect particular areas.

The program has information about why it can take so long to heal back pain, and why exactly this program can make a difference.

There are lots of exercises for stretching and strengthening the muscles of the back. Each has pictures, as well as written instructions for how to do them. They start off with easy ones and work up to the more difficult ones.

The exercises are founded on the methods of exercise therapy, physiotherapy, and lower back pain and injury rehabilitation.

I’m not sure I understood everything in this book (yet), but it sounds like even if the muscles don’t directly have anything to do with the pain, they can either help make it better, or worse.

If you have taken care of your back and your muscles are in good condition you are likely to have less pain from an injury than someone who is NOT in good condition. Stretching and strengthening the muscles that support the back can also help with pain.

But it takes a while to improve the condition of your muscles. Especially if you have not exercised them much before.  That’s why this program is not an instant fix. You will have to actually do the exercises and stretches.

It may take months to see improvement, but it should be permanent improvement (unless you stop the maintenance).

If you have tried everything else to get rid of low back pain, or if you want to make sure you don’t get it again, this program is a great place to turn.

Premium Natural Turmeric Supplement From Nutraviva

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Premium Natural Turmeric Supplement from Nutraviva. This Premium Natural Turmeric Supplement from Nutraviva is a great way to get concentrated curcuminiods that are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Turmeric has been used as a folk medicine for centuries to treat joint pain and inflammation.  The only problem with it is that the active ingredient doesn’t dissolve very well and so doesn’t get absorbed by the body very efficiently.

This Premium Turmeric  has a patented blend of Curcumin C3 Complex with Bioperine which has been proven to increase the bioavailability of Curcumin so the body gets more benefit from it.

Benefits of the Nutraviva Turmeric supplement. These tablets are vegetarian and contain no Magnesium Stearate,  Silicon Dioxide,  or Titanium Dioxide.  It also contians no fillers/Binders/Preservatives/Artificial Ingredients and is GMO free.

I have heard a lot about Turmeric(how good it is supposed to be for you) and wanted to try this supplement because it sounded like a good (and easy) way to get some Turmeric in my diet.

The pills are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste (that I noticed). They have not caused any digestion problems either.

It does seem to help with joint pain. It takes a few days before you really notice an improvement.

My hands were really bad for a while (I think all that rain and working in the garden made it worse) but after a couple of days of taking this supplement it got better.

I’m not sure I will take it all the time but this is definitely something you would want to keep around for those times you know your arthritis will be bad.

All of those ingredients help reduce inflammation and pain.

That is especially good for dogs with arthritis or other muscle or bone pain.  It can be a real help for dogs suffering from cancer.

Two of our dogs are starting to have problems. The big one definitely has arthritis in her hips according to the Veterinarian, who said she might end up not being able to use her back legs eventually.

Our smaller dog has hurt herself a couple of times and limped around for a days. She is almost eight years old now and will likely have more injuries and possibly arthritis too.

The larger dog had an abscess recently and was given these Elimay Pain Care soft-gels along with her other  treatments.

I could not get her to just take the tabs and chew them but she seemed to like the taste when it was put on her food.  The soft-gels have a twist off end. Once the end is off you just squeeze the contents out on the dog food.Picture of Elimay Twist Offs. The supplements seemed to help. Our dog was getting more lively after just a day or so and she seems to be moving easier now. I actually saw her running again a few days ago and it had been a long time since she tried to chase our car.

I had thought she was just getting old but it was apparently the pain in her hips that kept her from running.

If you have an old dog or a dog with any kind of painful conditions (including Cancer) you should consider trying Elimay Pain Care.

It could make a big difference.

You can follow Elimay on Facebook and Twitter for more information and news about canine health care.

Give Your Pets Some Relief From Achy Paws™

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Achy Paws Self Heating MatTwo of my dogs are getting older and the oldest female has hurt herself a couple times this year already. I’m not sure how it happened the first time but the second time it was from running after the younger dog.

Then we found out a week or so ago that another one of our dogs has arthritis in her hips and might end up going lame eventually.

Even if they don’t have arthritis or hurt themselves pets get aches and pains as they get older just like people do. When we are achy we get out our heating pads or go get a massage. Our pets don’t have that option.

So this self warming mat is really nice to have around for them.

The Achy Paws™ Pet Mat is triple-layered and has an inner layer of Activated Bamboo Charcoal that uses the pets own body heat to bring restorative warmth to achy joints, sooth tired muscles, and reduce soreness.

Since Bamboo charcoal can also fluctuate with the pets temperature to bring cooling relief it will work in all seasons.

Another great thing about this pet mat is that you can machine wash and dry it.  The dryer needs to be set on low heat in the gentle cycle.

Both of my indoor dogs have spent some time on this mat.

My dog on the Achy Paws Pet Mat.The older fur baby seems to like it pretty well. She has gotten on the mat several times. She was up there for quite a while the other day.

Other dog on the Achy Paws Mat.The smaller male dog has been on it a bit too. Not sure if he gets up there because he really likes it or because he is jealous of the other dog! Probably a bit of both.

The mat seems to be really well made and should last a while. Unless the dogs decide to chew on it(the older one still chews on blankets).

These mats come in all sizes so check them out if you have an older pet!

Toothaches Are Terrible

Toothaches Are Terrible

Aching Tooth.Really terrible. It is hard to remember how bad teeth can hurt until they actually start hurting.

I have a swollen tooth in my lower jaw. It has been hurting for a few days but yesterday it actually started to swell and now my whole face is hurting.

Makes me feel really sorry for teething babies and their moms. If one tooth can cause all this pain….imagine what it feels like to have a whole mouthful growing in.

I went to the doctor for it today. That and the cough I have had for over a month now. She (nurse practitioner) gave me some anti-biotic pills and told me to get some Mucinex and drink a lot of water.

She said to call the dentist and make an appointment. So I have that to look forward to early Monday morning.

But at least once he has done whatever needs to be done it won’t hurt anymore! I hope.

My dad offered to take care of it with a pair of pliers…but I told him I would rather pay the Dentist. Besides if it is abscessed…then pulling it right now would probably make me really sick.

I did some research online though…for toothache remedies. Lots of folks claim that vanilla extract will help if you put it on the tooth. There were several recommendations of warm salt water too. Since I don’t have any extract I’m going to try the salt water.

I figure it can’t hurt and it might help. Do you know of anything else that might help? I’m already taking over the counter pain medication. It helps a bit…for a while.

Noxicare™ Natural Pain Relief Cream Review

Noxicare™ Natural Pain Relief Cream Review

Picture of a tube of Noxicare™ cream and T-shirt. Noxicare™ sent me a tube of their natural pain relief cream and a T-shirt. The t-shirt is nice. It is well made and of good material.

The pain reliever came in a 1.5 fl oz tube which lasts quite a while unless you are using it on a lot of different areas at once. I only used it on my knuckles and wrist…so far anyway.

The cream is made of 7 natural ingredients that are all painkillers by themselves. The cream is supposed to have the exact amount of each ingredient that helps them work together to maximize the painkilling effect of each one.

Some of the ingredients work by reducing inflammation, others by helping to relax the muscles, and some by helping to increase blood flow to nerve endings. Working together they provide pain relief for all kinds of pain.

It is supposed to be really good for athletic injuries, fibromyalgia, tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, and arthritis.

I only used it on my left hand so far. Arthritis runs in my family…my great-grandmother, grandmother, and my mother have had problems with their hands and now I am beginning to as well.

The natural pain reliever does help. I can’t be absolutely sure that it was the cream itself or just that the rubbing it in helped…but for whatever reason it did help. I used it several times the first couple of days and then only once a day or so since then. And it isn’t hurting near as bad as it was before.

I used it on a sprained wrist too and it did help.

I like that it has all natural ingredients. The ingredients are : Turmeric, willow bark, ginger, rosemary extract, holy basil, boswellia extract and alpha lipoic acids.
